Student and Consumer Information

The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act requires that colleges and universities throughout the country produce statistics and/or information on the following subjects: 1) retention and graduation rates  2) financial assistance available to students and requirements and restrictions imposed on Title IV aid; 3) crime statistics on campus ; 4) other institutional information including: the cost of attendance, and  accreditation and academic program data.

The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts is a career college for individuals who wish to train for profesional work in the entertainment industry.  We are a commuter school so no dorms and we do not have athletic programs - tho we do have some great tennis players and there is a court here in Georgetown that many of us frequent.  Our campus is approximately five-thousnad square feet  -  compriised of rehearsal clasrooms, black box theatre and back stage areas and offices -  in the first floor of the Georgetown Lutheran Church building in the historic Georgetown section of the District of Columbia.  You can

on our home page to have a look around.

We have been very lucky to have a wonderful staff, faculty and student body who work together with creativity and respect and to have had no trouble from outsiders.  With that said our campus is in a major city and all students, staff and faculty and visitors should beware and be aware in this part of the city as you would in any other.  The campus security reporting survey aks us only to report on security here on the church property.  Again - we have been most lucky and knock on wood.

The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts is pleased to also provide these links to information regarding 1) our enrollment and student demographic information for the fall 2010 semester and 2) a snapshot of undergraduate student financial assistance for the 2009-2010 award year.

This link will take you to the Net Price Calculator at the web site for the National Center for Education Statistics.  The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts is still workling on its own net price calculator and will have the fully functional calculator up by November 4, 2011.
